How do you get Linen?
The Hand Spindle crafting recipe is unlocked after obtaining the Hand Spindle during the quest The Hunter’s Hand Spindle. Once you have the spindle, spin plant fiber into linen.
So the “where to get linen” answer is really: progress the Hunter’s early quest line until the Hand Spindle unlocks, then craft it from fiber you already collect while exploring.
