Unlike ore and clay, Shroud Sacks are not mined — they drop from enemies. Specifically, they come from Shroud-aligned enemies: the Vukah and the other shroud creatures that patrol shroud-covered ground and caves.

Shroud Sacks drop from Shroud-aligned enemies — the Vukah and other shroud creatures you meet in shroud zones and cave systems. They are a combat drop, not a node you mine, so the way to “get” them is to clear shroud enemies and loot what they leave.

If you want the cleanest route, the Revelwood and Nomad Highlands shroud pockets are where these enemies cluster early.
