Fell Crimson Critter Queen — Enshrouded Variant (weak to Poison & Ice)

How to beat the Fell Crimson Critter Queen in Enshrouded: a Fell variant in three regions, weak to Poison and Ice, resistant to Cut/Pierce/Blunt, immune to Shroud.

Editor’s note: This page is written for 1.0 (October 15, 2026) from the community wiki (enshrouded.wiki.gg). Faction, regions and damage profile are confirmed. HP and drop rates are marked not yet independently verified — verify against the official patch notes. Last verified: 2026-10-29.

Media note: Boss screenshots and a fight video are pending dedicated 1.0 capture from Keen’s official footage. The text strategy below is complete.

The Fell Crimson Critter Queen is a Fell variant that appears in the Kindlewastes, Veilwater Basin and Cinder’s Cradle. Compared to the base Fell Critter Queen, the Crimson variant flips the script: it is weak to Poison and Ice (1.2× each) and resistant to Cut, Pierce and Blunt (0.8× each), with Shroud immune. Some variants leave a capsule that restores Shroud time when opened.

Where to find the Fell Crimson Critter Queen

It is found in the Kindlewastes, Veilwater Basin and Cinder’s Cradle, scaling with zone level. See the regional guides for landmark context (Kindlewastes, Veilwater Basin, Cinder’s Cradle).

Before you fight

  • It resists all physical. Cut, Pierce and Blunt are all 0.8× — a pure-melee build without Poison/Ice will stall.
  • Grab the capsule. Variants can leave a capsule that restores Shroud time when opened.

How to beat the Fell Crimson Critter Queen

Poison or Ice, not melee

Because it resists Cut, Pierce and Blunt, a physical build without Poison/Ice will stall. Poison and Ice are both amplified — pick whichever your build supports.

Use cover and the Flame Altar

Keep a Flame Altar safe zone within sprint range and use the Comfort system guide for Stamina management. For co-op, the Co-op Team Planner assigns roles.

Drops & rewards

Verified drop list (community wiki — amounts vary by variant):

Item Type

Legendary Runes Materials

1.0 check: most weapon drops are conditional by variant. Drop-rate percentages are not published — the verified item list stands and exact rates stay pending in-game verification.

1.0 verification checklist

  • HP value (confirm in-game or from patch notes)
  • Drop table and drop rates per variant
  • Whether spawn weighting changed at 1.0
