Enshrouded Cinder's Cradle - Lava Biome, Sky Islands & Level 45-50

Cinder's Cradle is Enshrouded's end-game lava biome (levels 45-50, Flame 9-11) of mountains and sky islands added in 1.0. How to reach and survive it.

Cinder’s Cradle is the biome that closes the world out. Added in the 1.0 Update, it is Enshrouded’s seventh region and its highest-level zone: a lava-filled mountain range crossed by floating sky islands. Where the Kindlewastes punished you with heat and the Albaneve Summits with cold, the Cradle stacks both environmental pressure and the densest Shroud nodes in the game on top of the hardest native enemies.

Where Cinder’s Cradle fits

Fact Value
Level range 45-50
Flame level 9-11
Role End-game lava biome
Core hazard Lava, extreme terrain, dense Shroud
Location Top-left of the map
Connected biomes Albaneve Summits, Veilwater Basin

It sits at the top-left of the map, directly north of the Albaneve Summits and the Veilwater Basin. You reach it once your Flame Altar is level 9-11 and your gear is tuned for level 45+ content.

Points of interest

The Cradle carries the full set of end-game infrastructure you have come to expect from a top-tier region:

  • Ancient Spire — the fast-travel summit.
  • Ancient Obelisks — unlock surrounding points of interest.
  • Gem Forges — craft and upgrade the end-game gem-tier gear.
  • Mines — deep ore nodes for the highest material tiers.
  • Settlements — NPC hubs for late-game vendors and quests.
  • Shroud Lairs and Shroud Roots — the densest Shroud content and the toughest farmable loot.
  • Misc. Dungeons — extra combat and exploration pockets.

What to expect

The native enemies, exact resource nodes, fish catch rates, exclusive weapon/armor sets, rings, and collectibles are the Cradle’s defining end-game loot — these tables are still being confirmed from in-game 1.0 data and marked verify at 1.0 until hands-on verification lands. What is certain: this is the capstone zone. If a build, material, or spell variant is gated behind “the hardest content in Enshrouded,” it lives here.

1.0 check (launch day): biome Flame gates are not published in the patch notes, so the early-access band (level 45-50, Flame 9-11) stands pending in-game verification. The Cradle itself is new at 1.0 and is the region the rest of the end-game loop now routes through.
