Enshrouded Map — 6,188 Locations, Boss Pins & Cinder's Cradle

Guides
FAQ

Which locations are confirmed?

The map's 6,188 markers are mapped straight from the game's data tables (landmarks, loot and collectibles), and the nine bosses sit on top as separately verified diamonds. Three bosses (Cyclops, Fell Cyclops, Fell Critter Queen) have no verified early-access coordinate yet, so their pins are not anchored until 1.0 confirms where they are.

Can I copy a boss location?

Yes — each boss page carries a coordinates row you can copy into the game, and the map markers link straight to those pages.

Where do the coordinates come from?

Every marker position is projected from the game's own data tables onto the terrain, and the nine boss markers additionally sit on coordinates confirmed in early access. Anything we could not confirm stays marked verify at 1.0 instead of being guessed, so a pin you see here is a pin we can place in the world.

Do I need an account, and does my progress sync?

No. The checklist and the found ticks live in your own browser's local storage — nothing is uploaded, nothing is shared, and clearing your browser data clears the progress. The trade-off is that ticks do not follow you to another device.

Did the map change at 1.0?

The world did: 1.0 added the northern Cinder's Cradle region, two new Hollow Halls and 18 new Shroud Roots, and most former no-build zones became buildable. Those new locations are now pinned from the game's 1.0 data tables — use the Cinder's Cradle filter chip to focus the map on the northern region. The full list of 1.0 changes is in the Update 9 patch notes.

About this map

Editor’s note: We confirm the boss coordinates pinned on this map, tested in early access and re-checked against the 1.0 launch on October 15, 2026. Where a value could not be confirmed we mark it verify at 1.0 rather than guess. Last verified: 2026-10-15.

Embervale, the world of Enshrouded, is built as a single connected landmass you clear south to north: you start in the Springlands and end at the Veilwater Basin, with the 1.0 Cinder’s Cradle region to the north. This map pins 6,188 mapped locations onto the real terrain — the 9 verified boss locations, 1,705 landmarks, and 4,483 loot and collectible markers.

It opens on the landmarks only so the terrain stays readable; flip the filter to All to bring the full map in. Click any marker for its details, and tick a boss off in the checklist once you have cleared it: the checklist is saved in your own browser, and the link icon beside each name copies a URL that opens the map on that pin. Looking for a name rather than a spot on the terrain? The locations index lists every category with its pin count, plus every place name that has a page of its own.

What changed on the world map at 1.0?

Enshrouded left early access on October 15, 2026, and the world grew with it. Everything below is confirmed in Keen’s official launch patch notes — the full list lives in the Update 9 (1.0 launch) patch notes and the 1.0 update overview:

  • A new northern region: Cinder’s Cradle — a lava wasteland below, floating islands above, linked by Shroud tendrons, with 12 new Shroud Roots.
  • Explorable edge areas in Springlands, Blackmire and Kindlewastes, adding 6 more Shroud Roots (18 new in total).
  • Two new Hollow Halls — Albaneve Summits and Veilwater Basin, the latter gated behind the diving goggles.
  • The story’s final champion waits above the sky, closing the Ancients arc.
  • Most former no-build zones are now buildable, quests split into main and side, and Nomad Highlands’ Shroud area gained 3 save points.
  • Nameable map markers — you can now drop your own named pins in-game beside the fast-travel network.
  • Loot rules moved — every chest’s legendary chance is up 5%, wooden chests can drop silver gear, high-tier locks need the new Archaic lockpicks, and hourglasses grant 70% more Shroud time.

What that means for this page: those new locations are now on the map, pinned from the game’s 1.0 data tables onto the same terrain the rest of the pins use. The map now carries 6,188 locations, and Cinder’s Cradle has its own focus filter so you can isolate the northern region in one click.

Where are the bosses in Enshrouded?

The nine bosses with a verified early-access location, as pinned on the map above. The Fell Thunderbrute and the Hollow Cyclops roam all biomes, so their markers sit where their arena is first reached.

What are the regions and sub-regions of Embervale?

The six biomes are the broad bands; the names players actually search for are the sub-regions inside them. This is the index — every entry below is a name confirmed in early-access playtesting, and the link goes to the page that owns it.

What points of interest are on the Enshrouded map?

Enshrouded’s map content comes in four named instance types plus the recurring Wells. Each has its own page now — the map pins are the boss arenas, and these are the structures between them:

  • Ancient Spires — puzzle towers; one climb, one chest, one permanent fast-travel node
  • Sun Temples — four puzzle arenas; the chest resets on re-log, so they are farmable
  • Hollow Halls — the multi-level dungeons, gated by Bone Keys, ending on the Hollow Cyclops
  • Night Sanctums — night-only loot runs that cost a Spark to open
  • Elixir Wells — Shroud Core sources, each held by a Fell Thunderbrute

How do I read the Enshrouded map?

  • Markers are two-tier. Landmarks — bosses, caves, dungeons, shrines, temples, spires — are teardrop pins in nine colors, shown by default. Loot and collectibles are the smaller dots, hidden by default so the terrain stays readable. Every marker is colored by type; the marker key under the map explains the colors, and the Landmarks only / All / Locations filter switches what is shown. There is also a Cinder’s Cradle chip that focuses the map on the 1.0 northern region.
  • Boss markers (red diamonds) are pinned to their verified early-access coordinates. Two bosses — the Fell Thunderbrute and the Hollow Cyclops — roam all biomes, so their markers sit where their arena is first reached.
  • The terrain is real: the left third is the Shroud — the fog that covers unexplored areas — and the right is the explored landmass.
  • The legend below the map lists the six biomes in progression order: Springlands, Revelwood, Kindlewastes, Nomad Highlands, Albaneve Summits, and the endgame Veilwater Basin — with the 1.0 Cinder’s Cradle region plotted to the north (use its focus filter chip). The full level/Flame progression table for the six is in the biome progression order guide.

How do I travel between biomes in Enshrouded?

The world is meant to be traversed on foot, but two systems cut the travel time:

  • Flame Altars are your safe zones and respec points — place one at the edge of each biome you clear so the next push is one short hop, not a full run.
  • Fast travel unlocks as you ignite the Flame network (Flame Altar + Ancient Spire pairs). The mechanic is covered on the fast travel knowledge page.

1.0 status: Cinder’s Cradle, the two new Hollow Halls and the 18 new Shroud Roots are now pinned from the game’s 1.0 data tables. Use the Cinder’s Cradle filter chip to focus the map on the northern region.

What is still not on this map yet?

Per the no-fabrication rule, this map only shows what it can place. The 1.0 fill has landed: Cinder’s Cradle, the two new Hollow Halls and the new Shroud Roots are now pinned from the game’s 1.0 data tables. What still waits for a verified coordinate:

  • Three boss pins — the Cyclops, Fell Cyclops, and Fell Critter Queen have no confirmed location yet, so they are listed in the legend but not pinned until in-game measurement confirms where they are.
  • The final champion above the sky — its pin lands once its location is confirmed.
  • Nomad Highlands’ 3 new save points in the Shroud area — their positions are not in the data tables yet.

The remaining coordinates are added the same way the rest were: projected from the game’s data tables onto this image, with no change to the page’s structure.
